Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order.

  • When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

 

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve customer service
    (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

    The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

  • The total price displayed includes all applicable government taxes except specifically mentioned otherwise.
  • You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • There will be no refund for 'no-shows' or any partially unused service.
  • In case of Flight Ticket booking, All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / Supplier.
  •  

    Amendments:

  • iShop Holidays Pvt Ltd shall assist you with amendments to most bookings. Though in some cases like Flight Ticket Booking, you will need to contact the airline directly.
  •  Every booking made with iShop Holidays is subject to amendment charges.

Advance Booking Fee

  • 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
  • 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost

 

Important : The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days before date of departure.

The USER expressly undertakes to provide to the Company only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the User from availing the services from the Company.

    

 In case if the Company discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the USER that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the USER or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by them, the Company in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the USER or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.

       

In case of any unpaid or partially paid booking or service by a user ishopholidays.com in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the USER or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.

      

The User unequivocally indemnifies the Company of any such claim or liability and shall not hold the Company responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Company for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers. This would also include Company denying/canceling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

Cancellation charges per person

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 29 – 20 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 19 days before departure: 100% of total cost

 

If we change or cancel your holiday

  • We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements.
  • Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
  • We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
  • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn't already commenced.
  • If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you.
  • In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.

 

If you want to change your holiday plan

After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavor to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.

  • All cancellation request processed with necessary details and reason for cancellation thru proper mode/channel are only eligible for refund.
  • Payments will be refunded by on line to the customer accounts within 15 working days after cancellation.
  • In case of Flight Ticket cancellation, refund shall be processed within 15 working days subject to receipt of confirmation from Airline authority for same. At times there may be delay in refund of same due to delay from Airlines Authority for which iShop Holidays shall not be held responsible.
  • The timelines of 15 working days for refund shall not apply in case of long weekend / holidays /strike or any other reason beyond control of iShop Holidays.

We endeavour to make sure that all products viz Hotels, Bus, Flights & Holiday Packages listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes for Bus bookings are available online & to purchase a Hotel, Flights or Holiday Package for any location customers has to submit us the requirement through Website.

SPECIAL REQUEST POLICY FOR ARRIVAL – (CHECK IN) AND DEPARTURE – (CHECK OUT)

All the Check In & Check Out shall be strictly as per standard policy of particular Hotels.
Early Check in shall be subject to availability only. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made 1 day prior to actual check in. 

Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment.

If any Franchise, Business Associate or any other person availed company services or purchased the services over and above his deposit amount (i.e. using credit from the company) and fails to clear the credit in the next 2 business working days (i.e T + 2), then the person is liable to pay back the credit to the company along with interest charges at the rate of 5% per month. Further, if the person fails to clear the liability with in the period of two days from the date of purchase of the service, ishopholidays.com reserves the right to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding including but not limited to criminal breach of trust, cheating, etc.
